Data Retention Rights

The BIMeta corporation is proud to serve our AEC Community and fight against any extremist/terrorist groups to ensure a safer environment/world.  As a company, we believe in our users rights, data, and abilities to control their own data to ensure compliance with local policies and the rights of our users.  If we determine that a specific user and/or group is violating our BIMeta Community Standards and/or creating an environment that may compromise or cause harm to either our users or any individual not included on our platform, we reserve the right to comply and coordinate with local law enforcement should any actions on our platform occur.

While we believe in our users abilities to control all of their data and deletion of data, we do have a 30-day retention policy in place in order to comply with local law enforcement across the world to fight against any terrorist and/or extreme groups.  If you are a local law enforcement and want to request any specific information, contact us directly at [email protected].
