Enforcement

Enforcement

When users report content to us, we take necessary actions against accounts that have violated our Terms of Service and/or Community Guidelines.
Evaluation Process:
Our team carefully evaluates reported violations, considering various factors such as the intent and context of the content, potential harm to the community, legal obligations, and more.

Enforcement Outcomes:
Violations may lead to the loss of certain privileges, such as being featured on the home page or in marketing campaigns, participation in programs and events, or access to features like automated emote approvals.

Transparency in Enforcement:
Upon making an enforcement decision, we communicate the reason to the account holder. However, we do not disclose specific enforcement details to the wider community, respecting individual privacy. Account holders are free to share this information with their community if they wish to do so.

Enforcement Types:
Different violations or behaviors may result in various enforcement outcomes, following pre-determined policies to ensure consistency.

Warnings:
Warnings are courtesy notices for certain violations. In some cases, we may also remove content associated with the violation. Repeating a warned violation or committing a similar offense will lead to a suspension.

Suspensions:
Account suspensions restrict access to Twitch services, including watching streams, broadcasting, chatting, creating other accounts, and appearing/participating in another user's channel.

Temporary Suspension:
Temporary suspensions can last from 24 hours to 30 days. After the suspension period, users can resume using our services. Repeated suspensions may result in indefinite suspension based on a record of past violations.

Indefinite Suspension:
For the most serious offenses, we may immediately and indefinitely suspend the account in question.
At BIMeta Corporation, we strive to maintain a fair and respectful community environment, while ensuring consistent enforcement of our guidelines. Our enforcement decisions are based on careful consideration and adherence to our policies.
