Harassment and Bullying Policy
Policy Statement: At BIMeta Corporation, we believe in fostering a respectful and inclusive environment where diverse viewpoints can be expressed without fear of harassment or bullying. We do not tolerate any form of language or behavior that degrades, humiliates, threatens, or doxxes individuals. This policy aims to promote positive interactions while protecting users from harmful behavior. We encourage open dialogue and constructive criticism while strictly prohibiting harassment and bullying on all our platforms.

Definitions:
- Harassment: Harassment involves any unwanted conduct that offends, humiliates, or creates an intimidating, hostile, or degrading environment for individuals.
- Bullying: Bullying refers to repeated, aggressive behavior intended to cause harm, distress, or fear to someone. It includes cyberbullying, which occurs through electronic communication.
- Doxxing: Doxxing is the act of publishing personal information about someone online with malicious intent
Prohibited Behavior: The following behaviors are strictly prohibited on all BIMeta Corporation platforms:
- Degrading language: Using offensive or profane language to target someone's personal characteristics, appearance, intellect, or hygiene.
- Physical bullying: Sharing content that depicts someone being physically bullied by another individual or group.
- Victim degradation: Degrading victims of violent tragedies or expressing hateful opinions about their experiences.
- Encouraging harm: Expressing a desire for someone to suffer serious physical harm, disease, or death.
- Obscene language: Using profanity or obscene language to demean or attack others.
- Doxxing and malicious sharing: Encouraging or engaging in doxxing, sharing account information, blackmail, or hacking.
- Coordinated harassment: Promoting or participating in coordinated harassment of an individual or attempting to create conflict between people through abusive language.
Public Figures:
- Public figure definition: We consider public figures to be adults (18 years and older) with a significant public role, such as government officials, politicians, business leaders, and celebrities. We do not identify individuals under the age of 18 as public figures.
- Criticism of public figures: We allow criticism of a public figure's content or actions, as long as it does not involve serious harassment or violate other policies.
Acceptable Content:
- Constructive criticism: Users are encouraged to provide constructive criticism of content or actions without targeting personal characteristics.
- Responses and counter speech: Responding to attacks or engaging in counter speech is permitted, as long as it does not involve retaliatory harassment.
- Critical comments of public figures: Critical comments about public figures are allowed, provided they do not constitute serious harassment or violate other policies.
Support and Tools:
a. Support resources: We offer support resources for individuals experiencing bullying or harassment.
b. Limiting interactions: We provide tools to limit harmful interactions, such as restricting options for comments, duet, stitch, and messaging.
Review and Revision:
This Harassment and Bullying Policy will be reviewed periodically to ensure its effectiveness and alignment with evolving best practices and regulations. Any necessary updates or revisions will be communicated to all users and employees of the BIMeta Corporation.
