Intellectual Property and Copyright

      1.       Ownership and Representation:

a.       Users on the BIMeta Software Platform represent and warrant that they have the necessary rights, permissions, or licenses to post and share content, including intellectual property, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

b.        BIMeta Corporation, located in Las Vegas, Nevada, retains ownership of the mechanics, software, advancements, and proprietary elements of the BIMeta Software Platform.

      2.      Copyright Protection:

a.       BIMeta Corporation respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the BIMeta Software Platform to do the same.

b.       Users must not post, share, or distribute copyrighted material on the platform without proper authorization, unless they are the rightful copyright owner or have obtained the necessary licenses or permissions.


      3.     Reporting Copyright Infringement:

a.       BIMeta Corporation has implemented procedures to promptly address copyright infringement claims.

b.       If a user believes that their copyrighted work has been infringed upon on the BIMeta Software Platform, they should follow the designated procedures for reporting copyright infringement.

c.       BIMeta Corporation will investigate the reported infringement claims and take appropriate action as required by applicable law.


      4.      Licensing and Permissions:

a.       Users are responsible for ensuring that they have obtained all necessary licenses, permissions, or consents before posting, sharing, or using copyrighted material on the BIMeta Software Platform.

b.       Users must comply with the terms and conditions of any licenses or permissions granted to them for the use of copyrighted material.


      5.      Compliance with Laws:

a.       Users of the BIMeta Software Platform must comply with all applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright laws, of the State of Nevada and the United States.

b.       BIMeta Corporation reserves the right to take appropriate action, including content removal, suspension, or termination of user accounts, for any violation of intellectual property rights or non-compliance with applicable laws.
