Tier 1: Terrorism, Organized Hate, Large-Scale Criminal Activity, Attempted Multiple-Victim Violence, Multiple Victim Violence, Serial Murders, and Violating Violent Events

Tier 1 encompasses activities that pose a significant threat to our users and society, and as such, are strictly prohibited on our platform.
- Presence and Representation: We vehemently prohibit individuals and organizations affiliated with Tier 1 activities from establishing a presence on our platform. This includes leaders, prominent members, and entities associated with terrorism, organized hate, and large-scale criminal activities. Symbols that represent these entities are likewise forbidden. Content that praises, substantively supports, or represents Tier 1 entities, their actions, or leadership is strictly prohibited.
- Events and Attacks: In alignment with our commitment to curbing harm, we promptly remove content that praises, substantively supports, or represents events classified as terrorist attacks, hate events, multiple-victim violence or attempted multiple-victim violence, serial murders, hate crimes, or other violent incidents that breach our standards. We extend this prohibition to encompass content that glorifies or showcases the perpetrators of such events. Additionally, we do not permit third-party imagery portraying these violent moments involving victims.
- Hateful Ideologies: Our policy extends to the prohibition of praise, substantive support, or representation of hateful ideologies, including but not limited to Nazism, white supremacy, white nationalism, and white separatism. We are committed to preventing the spread of ideologies that promote hatred and harm.
Tier 2: Violent Non-State Actors
BIMeta Corporation maintains a stringent stance against Violent Non-State Actors, recognizing the potential for violence and instability they bring. Organizations and individuals designated as such are barred from establishing or maintaining a presence on our platform, even when managed by others on their behalf.
- Violent Non-State Actors: These are entities that engage in planned acts of violence primarily targeting government militaries or other armed groups. Their actions may result in civilian casualties, significant damage to property, and disruption of communities' access to vital resources.
Tier 3: Militarized Social Movements, Violence-Inducing Conspiracy Networks, and Hate-Banned Entities
Our platform stands as a bastion against Militarized Social Movements, Violence-Inducing Conspiracy Networks, and Hate-Banned Entities, recognizing the risks they pose to our users' safety and well-being.
- Militarized Social Movements (MSMs): This category encompasses militia communities and communities that support violence amid protests. These entities engage in activities that involve planning, coordination, and promotion of violent actions or disruptions.
- Violence-Inducing Conspiracy Networks (VICNs): These entities propagate debunked theories that have inspired real-world violence, constituting a clear threat to safety and stability. We act decisively against their presence on our platform.
- Hate-Banned Entities: Entities that engage in persistent hateful conduct or rhetoric, even if not reaching the threshold of Tier 1, are removed from our platform. Our commitment extends to removing content and individuals associated with these entities.
- Satirical Content: Recognizing the value of satire in discourse, we may allow content that appears to contravene our Community Standards if it is deemed satirical in nature, designed to critique or mock the subject.
