Moderation And Reporting

We rely on the active participation of our users to help us moderate the platform and ensure compliance with our guidelines. By using the BIMeta software platform, you agree to adhere to the following guidelines regarding moderation and reporting:

      1.       Responsible Content Moderation:

  1. Users are encouraged to engage in responsible content moderation by flagging any posts or attachments that they believe violate the platform's guidelines or policies.
  2. Moderators appointed by BIMeta will review reported content and take appropriate actions based on the nature of the violation and the platform's guidelines.
  3. Moderators will strive to maintain fairness, objectivity, and consistency in their moderation efforts.

      2.       Reporting Inappropriate Content or Behavior:

  1. Users can report any inappropriate content or behavior encountered on the platform through multiple channels:
  1. Utilize the contact form available at our web portal to submit a report.
  2. Send an email to [email protected] to report the issue.
  3. Flag a post or attachment as inappropriate by selecting the respective item and clicking on the "Report Post" option.

      3.       Reporting Guidelines:
  1. When reporting content or behavior, provide as much detail as possible, including the username, date, and description of the violation.
  2. False reporting with the intention of maliciously targeting or harassing other users is strictly prohibited and may result in appropriate action.

      4.       Confidentiality and Protection:
  1. BIMeta will treat all reports with confidentiality and handle them in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations.
  2. Personal information shared in the reporting process will be handled and protected in accordance with the BIMeta Privacy Policy.

  1. Users are expected to respect and comply with the decisions made by the platform's moderators regarding reported content or behavior.
  2. Appeals or requests for reconsideration of moderation decisions can be communicated through the provided reporting channels or email.

      6.       User Cooperation:
  1. Users are encouraged to cooperate with moderators and provide any additional information or context related to reported incidents if requested.
  2. Cooperation in the investigation and resolution of reported issues contributes to maintaining a safe and respectful community.


Please note that BIMeta Corporation reserves the right to take appropriate actions, including content removal, warnings, temporary or permanent suspension of account privileges, or other necessary measures, based on the severity and frequency of reported violations.  By using the BIMeta software platform, you agree to comply with this Moderation and Reporting Policy and actively contribute to creating a positive and constructive community for architecture, engineering, and construction professionals.
