Our 4R Action Step Program
One of our top priorities is creating an environment and platform that our users can feel safe, secure, and be able to contribute to topics related to our overall AEC Industry. The BIMeta Corporation is proud to take action utilizing a four step methodology that violates our overall BIMeta Community Standards. If you feel that your comments, posts, and/or group is being inappropriately discriminated against from our actions, you can repeal this claim by emailing us directly at [email protected].
We believe in our (4) R Policy to deter and communicate violations to our users/outside organizations.
- Relay/Warn:
Pending the content that was distributed and/or comments issued by a specific user and/or group, we will first relay/warn them of what violation and/or security issue we determined is not in accordance with BIMeta Community Standards.
- Removal Of Content:
Once the user and/or group is informed of the violation/security measure that has been committed by themselves, we will remove the content that is no longer in line with BIMeta Community Standards. At the time of relay, if the user feels the content should not be removed, they may submit a claim to our security department at [email protected].
- Reduce:
Any content that we see that may cause conflicts or pose issues that continuously go against our BIMeta Community Standards, we will often reduce the distribution of this content. In the future, we will be implementing content recognition software that will be able to search our database through OCR (Object Content Recognition) Software to automatically remove content and provide users a reason to the removal of such imagery.
- Report:
In the event the content initially provided may be sensitive or misleading, we will report and issue a warning to our users about the material reinforcing what our policies believe in and state. We as BIMeta encourage all of our users to review our policies, procedures and how our platform may be used to enhance their overall workflows within the AEC Industry.
