This may involve adhering to established procedures such as utilizing Mutual Legal Assistance Treaties or employing a form of international process called a letter rogatory. However, we do acknowledge that certain emergency situations may warrant exceptions to these processes.

As such, we strive to inform individual members before complying with any government request for their data, unless it is prohibited by applicable law.
